Got Complained 2

What the hell,
I got complained by the same client again.
They are pretty creative this time though,
having another reason to complain me.

Days ago, she complained
why I claimed GST bad debt relief without noticing her,
(not paying supplier within 6 months,
we have to refund the GST to Customs)
Okay I have to admit that was my fault.
I did notice her but
I didn't tell her very very clearly about this

P.S. She didn't ask much about it either
so I am sure it's not totally my fault,
it takes two to tango.

Then she complained I did not tell her
to pay the suppliers within 6 months,
making her kept refunding the GST,
what the XXXX?
I never knew that was in my job scope too!!??
Btw, your own staff already passed in EVERY creditor statements to you EVERY month,
and you say you don' t know you owed the suppliers for that long already?

AND, I also passed you the creditor aging didn't I?
and you say I did not let you know about this too?
and you want me to attach PVs to the invoices to let you know it's time to pay?

ask your account clerk to do this!!!!!!!
My boss won't charge so low-fee for so much thing to do k?

Some people are just being so ridiculous,
How can you keep blaming others while it's your own fault for not doing a good job?
