Just got complained by client the other day
so upset and I have tried my very best to work for this client
even the account is like a piece of XXXX
and full of troublesome transactions/ unnecessary paper work
and even though no one fucking ever explained/guided me
Yup, the previous account executive just ran away irresponsibly
and I hardly contact this shitty man
Complain 1: I should come twice a week
We agreed to Monday & Thursday
Then there is sometimes when holiday
falls on either day
This client still expects me to come twice a week
wanting to replace the day
but I don't only do your accounts, ya know?
My time for other clients has been dramatically
reduced due to this situation yet you still
further reduce my time for them?
Nvm, I will do some OT to make it up
Complain 2: I go home before 5pm
Well, the fact is my contract stated clearly that
I only need to work until 4:30pm during off-peak
And I only go home somewhere between 4:45-4:50pm
AND I come early in the morning before 8:30pm
(client's office hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm)
Fine, from now on,
I will come at 8:30am sharp and go home 5pm sharp.
We don't owe each other
Complain 3: I bad-mouth about this client
Holy shit am I stupid enough to do such things?
I am now the middle person of my company and you,
why should I do something like this that would make my position worse and awkward?
I guess I just need to talk less and keep my mouth shut all the time then
Man, how can this person be so weird?
I feel like I have been back-stabbed by one of this client's staff
and I think this backstabbing issues
might be the reason the staff turnover is high
What to do? Sign....
